Traffic Dude Focuses on Gay Market Segment With New Sales Hire

PUEBLO, Colo. — Traffic Dude has hired 15-year industry veteran Jeffrey Rosenberg as the online adult advertising firm is expanding its sales team to focus on the gay market segment, the company announced.

Rabinowitz told XBIZ that adding Rosenberg to the 12-member sales team was “not just a strategic route but more of a quality route towards the aesthetic” of the advertising.

“He’s adding a more comprehensive view of the market,” Rabinowitz said. Traffic Dude has “been taking on more contract publishers to do ad sales monetization for the gay market focus,” he added.

“We’re a sales organization first and foremost no matter what flavor of content,” Rabinowitz said.

Rosenberg’s previous work took him to an adult trade website and advertising network, where he focused on B2B advertising and event sponsorship, specialty publications, B2C advertising and affiliate programs. Prior to that he worked for mainstream feature film marketing teams at Universal Studios and Sony Pictures. He also worked on “gay consumer targeted guerilla marketing campaigns for now-defunct cable operator Adelphia and HBO’s ‘Sex In The City,’ according to a statement.

“I’m looking forward to building upon the success Traffic Dude’s clients have achieved and driving future marketing initiatives by leveraging the latest tools, techniques and technologies in both Internet and print marketing,” Rosenberg said.

Traffic Dude is a full-service online advertising agency focused on the adult entertainment industry.
